Responsibilities: 
  • At least ONE FULL YEAR in college (or an incoming Second Year student), NO BACK SUBJECTS!
  • For the Vocational Courses, at least ONE YEAR and applicant must have graduated from that course.
  • Part timers will undergo 2-3 months training (from 3pm-11pm)
  • To start immediately on April.
  • Customer Service Account
  • After passing the training, they will be handling calls on a 5-6 hour shifting schedule, starting from 7pm onwards.
  • They will undergo a 6-month probationary period and then become regularized. Meaning, it is NOT CONTRACTUAL.
  • Students who are still in school and people with day jobs who need extra income can be accepted as long as they can complete the 2-3 months training pogram mentioned above.
  • For applicants who has ABOVE AVERAGE to EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS, will be Endorsed RIGHT AWAY to Call Centers!
  • For applicants who needs improvement in their English Communication Skills, will be given a FREE TRAINING FOR 100 HOURS.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training, Others or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Excellent English Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Computer Literate.
  • Preferred skill(s): Problem Solving skills, Multitasking Skills.
  • Required language(s): English.
